The Wicklow Mountains, Ballykissangel (Avoca) and Glendalough
Check in Dublin Connolly station at 11:45am (gate for platform 4) for 12.05 departure of train to Arklow. We head due south along the coast enjoying the magnificent seascapes for much of the way as far as Wicklow town, where we swing inland to the mountains and experience the "Garden of Ireland" (as county Wicklow is known) at its best.
