TESTIMONIALS!

Dear Sir or Madam,

My wife and I had a wonderful tour from Dublin to Northern Ireland last week.  Dave Gallagher was our tour guide.  We thoroughly enjoyed the day and have some wonderful lasting memories, and pictures.

Dave was most helpful and informative.  He made sure all our seats were reserved and, of course, we had the “best seats in the house” on both the train and coach.  He laid out the day for us on the train ride with maps and brochures and provided us with loads of great information.

We look forward to another tour with Rail Tours Ireland in the future.

Sincerely,

Ivy and Terri Shuman

January 2012

Hi there, Back on the 5th May 2011 my husband and I did a tour of Wicklow Mountains, Kilkenny and Waterfor Crystal, first by rail, then coach, and return journey by rail.
We had THE most beautiful day, one we remember very, very fondly now back in Australia.
Sorry I have taken a while to put pen to paper only thought about this when I was recommending the trip to a workmate who goes to Ireland in May, 2012.
Congrats to all involved as the people were very nice, helpful, extremely happy which made our day very enjoyable.
Many thanks for the memories.

To Whom it May Concern

I just wanted to tell you that I have had a wonderful time on the tours I booked with your group.

  • The Ashling hotel is very nice.  The 1st evening I was here (Dec 16) I had an allergic response to something in the room.  When I contacted the desk they moved me to another room, no questions asked.  Someone helped move my luggage and was assigned to clean the room I had been in.  The room they moved me to was an upgraded room at no additional charge.  That wasn't required, but was very nice.  I slept soundly and did not have any more troubles with my allergies.  When I returned to the hotel after my tour on the 19th, I was a little worried about the room they would assign me.  But the woman at the desk remembered me and offered to put me in the same upgraded room I had stayed in on the 16th.  She offered this without me even saying anything to her about my previous visit.  Very good customer service.  Very much appreciated.  The doorman helped with my luggage and everyone I came into contact here was very pleasant.  Thank you.

  • The tour guides were great.  Marie was very friendly and helpful my 1st day.  When I and another woman were late for the bus due to lunch she arranged to have the sandwich wrapped to take with us so that the other passengers would make their train.  She balanced their needs with ours perfectly.  When her time with us was over, she stayed with us to make sure we were on the train to Killarney before she left to head home.  She even waited to be sure we found suitable seats.  We were met by a gentleman in Killarney who delivered us to the hotel with clear instructions for the morning.

  • The International Hotel was lovely.  The most friendly hotel I have been at in a while.  The rooms were quaint and quiet.  The food was good and the people very nice.  My last day at the hotel they arranged to have the night man fix a breakfast for me to take since I was leaving before the breakfast service started.  He packed me not only the sandwich I asked for, but included some chips and a sweet treat as well.  Very nice man - very thoughtful.

  • I don't recall the driver's name for the Ring of Kerry tour, but he was very skilled with the bus and very knowledgeable.   He was especially interesting when we came to the national park.  I really enjoyed his stories of being a young man and cutting the rhododendron for fire wood.

  • Then there was Noel and John for the Cliff's of Mohr tour.  What can I say.  Very nice men.  Very pleasant.  And Noel is a stitch!  He is such a wit.  I enjoyed listening to his stories and was entertained by the jokes he told.  Made the trip even more enjoyable.  He reserved tables for us so we would have plenty of room to relax on the train.  He made sure we all knew where we needed to go in order to get back our hotels.  I can't say enough good things about this gentleman.  He is such a treasure.

I was leery about booking a trip on the internet, but I must say I was not disappointed in the least.  It was a very good way for a single woman to see the sights of Ireland in a short time and in a safe, comfortable fashion.  Thank you to you and your staff for making this such a nice trip.

Sincerely

I have to write and rave about my tours with your company, especially the ones I took with Dave Gallagher. Dave and your other staff and guides made me feel comfortable and included. It isn't easy traveling alone and I never once felt I was alone. From the staff at the station to the bus drivers to to the people in your office. Everything was easy. Even when my tours had to get switched around, everything was flawless! Dave and everyone else went above and beyond to make the experience great. The guides also created a great environment where everyone on the tours came together as one unit and I was able to make so many new friends! Thank-you so much for having such amazing tours and great people. I went on another great tour with another company, but the guide although funny and knowledgeable lacked the fine tuned people skills your staff had. I laughed so much on Railtours from Northern Ireland to the Cliffs of Mohar to Kerry. I would definitely book with you again and recommend you highly. I also want to mention John the driver on my Cliffs Great driver and nice man. Also Noel! He wasn't my guide but took the train over with us on the Kerry trip. He was a pleasure to talked to and helped the long ride go by quickly with his lovely stories! There was also a man in the lunch stop on the Kerry trip, Gerry, who took great care of me even with my special dietary needs. He even gave me extra decaf tea bags to take with me on my travels because he knew how hard that was to find and didn't want me to be without tea. Dave gave me so many great suggestions of what to do in Dublin. He helped me discover Cobblestone near my hostel for great traditional music. He also offered to take pictures of me at stops because I was struggling taking pics of myself.  could go on and on about dave and everyone else. So many times people take the time to write about the things that go wrong on their trips. I wanted to take the time to write about the good stuff. Keep up the great work. It is the little things that matter! Until next time...

My wife and I were in Ireland and used Railtours Ireland to book four one day tours. We were extremely pleased with all the one day trips and would like to thank the drivers, tour guides and staff for a job well done. Dave Gallagher and Norman were especially good and made long days very pleasant.Thank you again for making our trip most pleasant.

This past week, my family and I participated in a day trip with your organization to Cork, Ireland.  Miceal Bolger, was our tour guide and he did an outstanding job.  Not only was he a lot of fun, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the attractions.  During my families two week vacation in Europe, he really made this portion of our trip very special.

Thanks!

Stephanie November 2011

I was fortunate to join a wonder group of people and an awesome guide (Miceal Bolger) on Tuesday for a tour of Blarney Castle.  I don't normally review my tours but in this instance felt I must write to commend you on a very well organized tour and for a guide who not only provided us with the history and context but was amusing to boot.  I so fell in love with Ireland and cannot wait until I return when I will definitely book more tours with railtoursireland.

On behalf of my husband and myself, I just wanted to say thank you again for all your help and advice during our travels through Ireland. In addition to our stay in Dublin, we had a wonderful 2-day tour to the Ring of Kerry and a fabulous 1-day tour to the Cliffs of Moher.

Dave, your insight and advice on travelling around Dublin, saved us $ and time! It was much appreciated.

This was my second time in Ireland, but the first time using the Irish Rail Tours which I highly recommend! In fact, we have two groups of friends going to Ireland next year and I have already recommended your tours!

Thank you Dave, as well as Edmond and Bob!

I was in Ireland for the Solheim Cup in September with my daughter Rachel and granddaughter Mikaela.

My granddaughter Morgan Pressel played on the USA team.  We stayed at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin.
I am sending this e-mail because we took a train/bus tour during our stay and we were so very fortunate to have Miceal be our guide.  He was outstanding and made our trip so enjoyable, educational and so very much fun!   Everyone on the tour (about 36-39 people) appeared to have a wonderful time.....and I really believe we all enjoyed the tour  thanks to our likeable and very knowledgeable tour guide Miceal.

Just wanted to write and tell you about Miceal.    We loved
Ireland.......thanks for a wonderful time.....but,retaining the Solheim Cup would have made the trip outstanding! However,  the Europeans played better....and deserved to win.

My mother and I took your tour to Limerick/Cliffs of Moher/Burren/Galway on Wednesday, October 26th and we just wanted to write and let you know how impressed we were with Norman, our tour guide.  He made us feel very well-looked after and cared for, going out of his way to ensure we had maps and train tickets after the tour was done.  He spent time trying to track down a new memory card for my mother's camera.  And he visited with us on the train, providing lovely company and conversation as we travelled both to Limerick and returned to Dublin.  We just wanted to let you know we thought Norman is a valuable asset to your company and he enriched out Ireland experience.

Thank you, and thank you to Norman.

We recently booked a tour to Galway and the Cliffs Of Moher with your tour company. Our tour date was 12 October, 2011. Our tour was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. It was one of the high points of our 10 days in Europe. Of special note was our tour guide, Dave Gallagher. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. From the time we got aboard our train he went by personally introducing himself to every guest on board, giving us information and welcoming us to our tour. The commentary once we switched to coach transport was very informative, enjoyable, and pleasant. Dave really knows his information well. There was no question left unanswered. There is never enough time on a tour, but our time was well spent and divided well. The stops were very enjoyable. Dave was sure to offer to take pictures for us, as well as tending to as many individual requests as possible. Besides making OUR trip memorable and a true joy, he is an asset to your company. On the way home he sat for a while with each group of people on the train discussing the days events, answering questions and just being a fantastic host. We would like to thank him again, and wanted you to know the effect he personally had in making a very memorable day for I and my husband. We would love to come back and be in one of his tours again.

I am writing to thank RailTours Ireland for a great day on Friday.  We took the The Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Caves, The Burren and Galway Bay tour and it was wonderful.  Your company made it a very easy day - we found your tour guides at the train station with no trouble - our seats on the train were reserved, both our bus drivers in Galway were friendly and helpful, and again our seats on the train back were reserved (and it was a crowded train).  Oh and the most important part --the Cliffs of Moher were just breathtaking.

Thank you for making this trip a very enjoyable one.

Recently, my friend, Pam, and I were part of your Railtours of Ireland - tour #DH06, departing at 07:00 on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.  We are from the State of Michigan in the U.S. and touring Ireland has always been a "bucket list" thing to do for both of us (we are both in our '50's and happy to have been able to check this off our list.....but we'll be back for sure!!!).

I want to commend you and your organization for an excellent experience of the tour of of the south and west parts of your country (I was in awe of Bunratty Castle, and the Cliffs of Moher are spectacular!!), but moreover, I want to express my gratitude for the highlight of our tour, which was our tour guide, Miceal.

This employee went above and beyond our expectations in a tour guide!  Miceal was not only funny, personable, entertaining, highly knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous, he has an endearing spirit and a heart-warming soul.

There was a young child on our tour (Mikaela), who was 10 years old, traveling with her mother and grandmother from the U.S., and she was the only child on the tour.   Miceal made her his "assistant" on the tour and made the tour fun and exciting for a very energetic and "might-be-bored with Medieval stuff" kid.  He made her feel important and made her feel special to the tour and its participants.

Miceal's attitude towards this child and keeping her involved with the entire tour was impressive and charming.  By the end of the day, the entire tour group was interacting with Mikaela and with each other, and we were all laughing and having a marvelous experience (I even learned a bit about the sport of Hurling!).   Most of the tour passengers were from countries outside of Ireland and Miceal made us all feel like we were all "one" on the planet.   This man is an asset to your organization and a terrific employee.  I am proud to have met him and happy to have made his acquaintance.

I will return to visit Ireland, and when I do, I will book my tours with Railtours Ireland, and I will tell all my friends, co-workers and family, when visiting Ireland, be sure to go with Railtours Ireland, and maybe, just maybe, they'll be blessed enough to have Miceal as their guide and as their friend.

Sincerely,

Dear Railtours,

To just say my brother Sam and I had a great time on our Rail/Bus Tour on Wednesday 9/14/11, would be the understatement of the century!  Our Guide Miceal Bolger made the trip entertaining, educational and as he would say FOON for all!!! Miceal created an environment which engendered camaraderie among people from all over the globe. His unique insights into Irish History and society along with his witty comments had us all laughing and cheering together for the duration of the tour.  The bus driver John, did a great job navigating the dangerous curves and traffic conditions keeping all of us calm and undistracted.  We would highly recommend this tour to our friends and relatives along with anyone who may read this review.  If possible, ask for Miceal,(pronounced Mee Haul)  You'll have the time of your life!

My wife and I went on tour with your organization on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of last week.  We decided that your fourteen hour tour to the west coast from Dublin would be a great way to learn about Ireland in the time we had.
It proved to be a good decision.  We became fast friends with another couple on the tour and thoroughly enjoyed their company.   We saw some of the geological features that are unique to Ireland and got a taste of its history through our trip to Bunratty Castle.  My wife and I are from Pennsylvania and enjoyed learning that William Penn had been at the castle as an infant.  We enjoyed interacting with the Irish people.  They were friendly and wonderfully helpful.

Dave Gallagher was our tour guide.   Dave was very well informed and proved to be a very gracious host to everyone on the trip.

David was very instrumental in making the fourteen hours pass quickly through sharing his knowledge on the various features that we encountered on the trip and through his interactions with each of us.  He made us feel safe and in capable hands.

Thank you for helping to make our initial visit to Ireland one that we will remember as being very warm and positive.

I just wanted to write & commend you for the great work that your tour guides did on my recent trip to Ireland with Railtours.  Richard initially and Michael later were outstanding in their ability to keep our group on schedule and to make it very interesting and informative at the same time!  They made me feel special and made sure everyone had a great time!

I'll definitely consider using your tours again in the future!

Greetings from Bethesda, MD!  Just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for a great experience in Ireland.  Anne and I thoroughly enjoyed our Railtour Tours and LOVED having you and Brandon as our guides!  Anne crossed into England during her hike on Monday, tonight she is settled in a small town called Alston.  I was able to get back to the States on Wednesday after my flights were cancelled for Sunday due to the hurricane here on the east coast.   When you seen Brandon please tell him Thanks as well and that I'm sorry I didn't phone on Sunday, but I misplaced his number.  Sorry that Donegal didn't fare as well as Dublin in the Gaelic Football match on Sunday, hopefully you, Brandon and your bride had a great day at the match.

We are slowly getting back to our regular job routines after an incredible Ireland trip. Your hospitality and warmth were one of the reasons for our fabulous time. (Your directions out of town and to Kilkenny were perfect)

Liam, our tour guide was phenomenal and attentive and made the Wicklow mountain experience quite enjoyable and memorable. He also introduced us to Dave for our cliff tour and made sure he took great care of us.  He made great restaurant recommendations as well.  Both experiences were awesome having experienced the tour via rail and bus. We have beautiful memories and photos and we thank you for making our "Ireland" visit so wonderful !!!

Thank you!

We just finished the Cliffs pf Moher tour and our guide was Dave Gallagher. He was just amazing, so informative, friendly, and just a pleasant personality. It was a real pleasure to tour with him and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and it was made really special by Dave...!

My husband and I recently returned from a week's vacation in your beautiful country.  The weather was wonderful and the people we met were charming!  Everyone we encountered was willing to help with directions and suggestions to help make our visit to Ireland as pleasant as possible.  We truly appreciated their hospitality.

One of our favorite stops was the Giant's Causeway.  I am so happy we were able to visit this national treasure.  We had been trying to see as much as possible during our brief seven day trip and we were needing a brake from our hectic pace.  The Westin Hotel in Dublin recommended your company and your tour was just what we needed.

Dave Gallagher was an impressive guide!  He met us at the train station with a bright smile and warm welcome.  Dave stayed with us for the entire tour -- letting us explore at each stop but making sure he was available to answer any questions we might have.  He gave each person in the group personal attention.  We enjoyed the conversation he shared with us on the train!

We hope to come back to Ireland in the near future and we plan to look up Dave for any other tours we take.

We recently did this tour, with guide Brendan (didn't get his last name).
We wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed his guiding. Brendan was great company, full of knowledge and happy to share it. He made the day very enjoyable, and took wonderful care of us - even making sure on our return to Dublin that we got a taxi at 10.30 pm in the rain - what a fella!

A big thanks to Brendan - you're the best!

I miss tasty GUINNESS, fresh and cool air, long daylight hour, and especially friendly people in Dublin.  I must stay Galway at least 2-3 days and visit Aran Islands.
Thank you again for your kindness.
Have a great day.

To whom it may concern,

My husband and I went on your Giants Causeway Tour yesterday, July 1,2011.  Our tour guide was Norman and Alan.  They were the best tour guides we have ever had!  Norman went out of his way throughout the entire day to make sure we were well informed and comfortable.  Even at the end of the day he was still checking if we were ok and if we needed anything.  My husband and I would take any of his tours again in a heart beat and will recommend your company to people traveling to Ireland in the future.  Norman is a huge asset to your team!

On Wednesday June 29th, we took your Cork/Blarney day tour, departing from the Dublin Heuston rail station. Our tour guide was an older gentleman named Billy (I can't remember his last name). My wife and I were very pleased with his knowledge, kindness and helpfulness, and we wanted to take some time to acknowledge this. Thank you for your excellent tour and especially excellent your guide.

With the most appreciation to your company and to Mr Dave Gallagher

Hi!
I just wanted to say thank you for the tour my girlfriend and I recently
completed in May. The tour was well organized and the guides were
extremely personal and knowledgeable. The tour allowed us to see many
things we may have missed if we tried to navigate on our own. The hotel
accommodations were perfectly located in the city centre's so we could
enjoy the beautiful sites during the day but still enjoy nights for
urselves in and around the city. Also, since we left the tour to travel
on our own the tour guides provided us with great information about the
other counties we visited including best places to eat and enjoy a pint.
We would definitely recommend this tour to any of our friends who are
considering visiting Ireland.
Thanks,

We took the tour to Cliffs of Moher and our tour guide Dave Gallager was fantastic! He not only kept us informed of all events for the day and took time to get to know us personally he also helped us plan our  activities for the next day which turned out to also be great. His wealth of knowledge of the area was impressive and he made us feel like family. You could tell that he was really working hard to make sure we got all that we wanted out of our trip. We loved our trip to Ireland and will definitely recommend and use Rail Tours Ireland again on our next visit!

We had a great tour in Ireland. Left London on 4/18, and took the train & Ferry to Dublin. The Ferry was amazing, and most enjoyable. Just a side note - the tour information said to meet our 'guide' in London, between Platform 12 & 13. They don't meet there anymore. They now meet near the Mobility Assistance room, and have met there for over a year. You might want to change that.
Our tour host was Bob Beatty, and driver was Tom, and we had a great time. Wish we could've stayed longer. The Ashling Hotel was very convenient, and a very nice hotel. We took the day tour to Cork, Blarney, and Cobh. A full day, but we did enjoy it.
Just wanted to let you know we had a great time.

Hello- I recently booked two day trips with Railtours Ireland, including the Bunratty Castle/Cliffs of Moher tour (led by Noel), and the Blarney Castle/Cobh tour (led by Dave Gallagher). I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed and appreciated these tours, due to their convenience, value, and knowledge of the tour guides.
The tour guides themselves are one of this companies greatest assets, I think. All of the staff were very helpful in making sure people were on the bus or train and knew what was coming next, providing amusing and interesting commentary throughout, giving tips for lunch/dinner ideas, and making people feel comfortable. I also must say that Dave Gallagher went above and beyond his job duties on my second day trip with the company. I ended up being the only one from the Blarney/Cork group to return to Dublin at the end of the day, and Dave was willing to sit on the train with me all the way back. He was eager to help me plan the rest of my trip in Ireland, provide recommendations for sights I should still see, and pubs/restaurants to try. We enjoyed a lovely conversation in general, and I'm sure not every tour guide (or tour company) would have taken the time to do so. While I'm sure it isn't common for guests to be in the position to be the only one returning to Dublin, I am sure Dave will continue to be just as helpful and accommodating to all guests he leads regardless.
Overall, I would say that Railtours Ireland is a great way to see many tourist sights in a short amount of time, and the convenience of not having to plan transportation and admission yourself, plus high quality staff, make it a great option for travelors to Ireland. I definitely enjoyed myself, and can't wait to return to Ireland again some day!
Thanks again for your help in making it such a positive experience!

On Monday 7th March, I took a friend of mine to Cork for a day tour with
Railtour Ireland. I have never done anything like this tour before
considering I have lived in the Country for a few years.

Both myself and my travelling companion, were extremely pleased and
very impressed with the level of customer service, knowledge and
professionalism shown us by our guide Mr Edmund Combe.

As two young ladies travelling to the south of the country with little
or no knowledge of what we were letting ourselves in for, we are both
delighted to have spent our well earned wage and to see some of the
beautiful country we live in with Mr Combe as our guide.

Mr Combe made it all the more special with his patience kindness and
wealth of knowledge. Mr Combe went above and beyond his call of duty in
helping us with our journey and to make it a pleasant trip.

Mr Combe is a valuable asset to your company and I hope that he stays
happily with Railtours Ireland. My friend and I will most certainly be
travelling with your company again on another trip in the not too
distant future and are thoroughly looking forward to the trip. We both

I just want to say how much my son and I have enjoyed our visit in Ireland. In all honesty, it would not have been nearly as enjoyable had I not met Dave Gallagher. Our rail tour to the Antrim coast was most enjoyable. Dave took very good care of us, even assisting us with our trip to Donegal and Galway. I am planning on organizing a tour to Ireland in 2012 and would very much like to work with Dave on this tour.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Ireland in late August/early September of 2010. Six months later, the part of our trip we remember most fondly is the one-day Railtours Ireland tour we took to the Cliffs of Moher. Booking was easy, every detail was attended to, and the scenery was phenomenal. But the most incredible part of our experience was the personalized attention from our guide, Dave Gallagher. Dave spent time with every single guest, sharing his vast knowledge of Ireland and helping everyone plan their vacations beyond the Railtours trip. Attentive and friendly (but never intrusive), Dave sincerely wants every person he meets to have a fantastic time in Ireland, and he'll do whatever he can to help make that happen.
Our Railtours trip was fantastic, and so was the rest of our time in Ireland -- because of Dave.

Last week I took a Railtours Ireland tour from Dublin to the Antrim Coast & Giant's Causeway via Belfast. My tour director was Dave Gallagher.
I would just like to take a moment to commend Dave and his effort on this tour. He undoubtedly further enhanced my trip to Northern Ireland and suggested some places to go in Dublin as well.
Most importantly, he represented Railtours Ireland and all of Irish tourism excellently meaning three things: I would absolutely take a tour with Railtours again, will return to Ireland when possible, and recommend both Ireland and Railtours Ireland as an amazing travel experience.
Thank you!

I wanted to take some time to thank you for a wonderful experience during our vacation to Ireland. My girlfriend and I took the Cliffs of Moher tour in October of 2010. The tour was beautiful and very informative but the real reason I am writing is to give kudos to Dave Gallagher. He is a wonderful guide and kept the group in good spirits throughout the day. On the train back to Dublin, Dave sat with us and helped us plan out the rest of our stay – pointing out places of interest and providing recommendations. This alone would have made for a positive experience, but upon arrival in Dublin Dave really went above and beyond! Interested in one of his recommendations I asked Dave the best route to take to get to the Brazen Head. Instead of pointing out the way to the bar Dave offered to drive us there. Not comfortable with simply dropping us off; Dave parked the car and came in with us – making sure we were seated comfortably for the live entertainment that was playing that night, going as far as to buy the first round of Guinness. I cannot say enough about how welcomed Dave made us feel and how he went out of his way to make sure every moment of our day was special. I will recommend Dave and Railtours to anyone who is looking for a unforgettable experience while in Ireland. Thanks again for everything, Dave!

Just like to say how myself and two family friends really enjoyed our two tours with your company.

Our first tour was with the Cliffs of Moher/Bunratty Casle/The Burren and GalwayBay we all had a
great time along with our fellow passengers. The weather being the weather added to the occassion..

Our second tour was to The Gaints Causeway/Glens of Antrim/Carrick-a-rede Rope Ladder and the
Bushmills Whisky Distillery/and with views of Dunluce Castle/with views of Scotland, weather permitting.

I have to say, along with my two family friends,(from the USA), we were lucky enough to have as our
tour guide on both trips, Dave Gallagher who apart from ourselves treated everyone to a great time and
just was so helpful throughout both trips, needless to say on future events we shall be looking out for Dave...
Also our coach drivers kept us informed at all times, not forgetting Alan in Belfast.

Looking forward to returning soon....

I would like to send this email to say thank you so much for 3 great
tours I did with you in January this year. The first one was on 10th
January to Cliffs of Moher, Bunrattty Castle, Galway. I think our
Guide's name was Noel. He was just wonderful – had a wealth of
knowledge and was so entertaining. The second tour I did on 11th
January, was to Cork, Blarney Castle, and The Queenstown Story. This
was also a beautiful day of sights and interesting commentary from the
tour guide(Bob, I think) and the bus driver. The third tour was The
Ring of Kerry on 12th January, which, even though it was raining most of
the time, was still such a great tour. The tours were so well
organized and I enjoyed every part of the three days. So I would like
to extend my thanks to Railtours Ireland and all the staff (even the
young lady at Heuston Rail Station was so friendly and helpful).

God Willing, I will come back to Ireland one day and do it all again!
